1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Crypto MMM (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Service Description

Crypto MMM is a decentralized investment platform offering a 10% return every two days on Bitcoin deposits (“Investments”) and a referral program to earn bonuses.

4. Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

5. User Obligations

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to manipulate referral bonuses or the investment mechanism.
• Immediately notify us of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

6. Investments & Risk

All Investments carry high risk; past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose all funds deposited. We make no guarantees of profitability beyond the stated 10% return schedule.

7. Fees & Payments

• No fees for deposits; network (miner) fees apply on blockchain transactions.
• Returns and referral bonuses are credited to your account balance; withdrawals incur standard network fees.

8. Referral Program

You will earn bonuses based on the deposits of referred users, per the program rules posted on the Site. Abuse of the referral system may result in forfeiture of bonuses and account suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

All Site content, trademarks, logos, and software are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crypto MMM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Seychelles.

15. Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post updates on the Site and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
